Prior to joining Guide Ventures he had advised and performed due diligence services for accredited investors and an Offshore Fund. He is President of Providence, Inc., a corporation that has provided short term financing for ventures in information technology and medical instruments. His previous board experiences included positions with Advanced Marine Technology and Tidemark Solutions. As a board member, he personally invested in Tidemark Solutions, which was recently acquired by Accela. He is a graduate of both the United States Naval Academy and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He holds three technical graduate degrees from MIT. Dave resides in Kirkland, Washington with his wife, Noelle and their children.
